The dialogue picture „Employee Life Cycle“ is used at WILO Group, the world´s leading manufacturer of pumps and pumping systems, when new employees join the company. The picture visualizes the individual steps of an employee life cycle and explains which tasks the HR department exercises in this process at one glance: Starting from the strategical planning role-profiles are created, which form the basis for different vacancies. The deriving job description is being published on online platforms and in newspapers. In the second step the interview between the candidate and the HR-employee takes place. After the successful recruitment and in the context of the onboarding process, a welcoming event is organized, during which all new employees are being welcomed officially. In the course of the Performance and Reward Management, goals are set with the employees and future career options discussed. Outstanding achievements are being rewarded. To further develop talents, they go through an individual training in the wilo-Academy. It either follows the next career step within the company or the employee leaves the company.
