The interactive E-Learning Tool is based on a Dialog Picture for a major bank. It is used to explain the motivation and influence of a systematic sales approach, and therefore displays typical scenarios of employees in customer service.
The E-Learning Tool combines images, sounds, videos, and a quiz. By stimulating different senses, a wide variety of learners can be reached. The user identifies themselves with the contents and sustainably internalizes them.
The application provides the categories „Home“, „System“, „Oscar“ and „Team“.
While „Home“ displays the hollistic user-interface, the „System“ section provides an introduction to all the functions of the E-Learning Tool. An informative yet funny Dialog Film serves as a teaser broadly introducing the entire topic. At the end, a quiz is provided to let the user find out what they have retained.
„Oscar“ is our example customer, shown in the Dialog Picture going through different phases of his life. His bank consultant, Sigrid, of course, always has the right offers in hand to support him.
